In the last two years of taking pictures on my walks I’ve noticed something: Seeing the magic in the simple things transforms
your life into a sacred journey of discovery. I live in an magical neighborhood where there is always something new to appreciate. What at first might be an old leaf on the ground, becomes a moment of magic of perfectly formed water droplets.
Wayne Dyer has said “When you have the way you look at things, the things you look at change. ” I love practicing seeing the magic on my walks because when I do, I am more able to see the magic in everyday moments in my own life. I see the synchronicity and I hear the whispers from spirit. Personal problems that taunt me become opportunities for me to dig deeper rather than just looking at the surface.
I know I’m not the only one who lives in this magical world. I’m pretty sure you do too!
How can you train your eyes and heart to look for magic in the simple things?
