On the walk I often see trees representing the way heaven and earth meet. Like the bright white light of the sun shining through these branches. We aren’t separate from heaven. We don’t have to wait for it. We simply have to embrace it in this moment.

This fruit dropped in the nook of a palm tree’s bark is from the Arbutus strawberry tree. A squirrel or bird must have dropped its snack and created art with such contrast. It was a bright surprise.
